How does the subscription work?
You pay a one-time setup of ₹25,000 + 18% GST to get your platform live, then a fixed monthly subscription for your chosen tier. It keeps things easy on cash flow — no large upfront build cost. The subscription must be paid on or before the 1st–5th of each month to keep the account active.
Is GST included in these prices?
No — every figure shown excludes GST. 18% GST is added on top of the monthly subscription and the one-time setup cost.
What does the Hyperlocal (Delivar) API do?
It connects your orders to the Delivar hyperlocal fleet so deliveries can be auto-assigned to nearby riders and tracked live — without you running your own delivery team. It's included from the Standard plan upward.
What happens if I miss a monthly payment?
The subscription is due on or before the 1st–5th of every month. If it isn't paid within that window the account is deactivated immediately, and reactivates as soon as the pending payment is cleared. Support stays free for the lifetime of an active subscription.
How does Delivar delivery billing work?
Deliveries run on Delivar, our third-party hyperlocal fleet. You top up your Delivar wallet and per-order delivery charges are deducted from the balance — pay per order, no own riders, available PAN India.
Are there charges I should budget for separately?
Yes — Razorpay transaction fees, Msg91 SMS credits, WhatsApp (Meta) conversation charges, Google Maps usage and Apple/Google developer accounts are billed directly by those providers.
