FreshCut is a fish & meat online delivery platform provided by Alab Technology ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit freshcutgo.in or enquire about our services, and how we treat data within the platform we deliver to our clients. 1. Who this applies to

This policy covers two relationships. First, visitors and prospects — people who browse this website or submit an enquiry. Second, client businesses who licence the FreshCut platform from us and the end-customers who use the apps those businesses operate. Sections 2–4 and 8–10 concern visitors and prospects; Section 5 explains our limited role once a platform is handed over to a client.

2. Information we collect

The client is the data controller for that information; we act as a technology provider and, where we host or maintain the system, as a processor acting on the client's instructions. Each client is responsible for publishing its own customer-facing privacy notice.

6. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where a relationship develops, for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
