These Terms & Conditions govern your use of freshcutgo.in and any FreshCut platform, software, or services supplied by Alab Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging us, you ("you", "the client") agree to these terms. Replace the bracketed placeholders with your registered details before publishing.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or signing a proposal, order form, or invoice with us, you accept these terms together with any specific commercial terms set out in that document. Where a signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

2. What we provide

FreshCut is a white-label fish & meat delivery platform comprising a customer app, a delivery-partner app, a store-management app, and a super-admin dashboard, together with supporting integrations such as payment and messaging gateways and reporting. The exact scope, features, and deliverables for your project are those listed in your chosen plan and proposal.

3. Licence & ownership

Depending on the plan you select, we either licence the platform to you or transfer ownership of the delivered source code on full payment, as described in your proposal and on our pricing page. Unless a plan expressly grants source-code ownership, the platform is licensed, not sold, for use within your business only. You may not resell, sublicence, or redistribute the platform as a competing product.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and content needed to launch.
• Obtain and maintain your own accounts with payment, messaging, mapping, and app-store providers.
• Comply with all laws applicable to selling and delivering meat, fish, and perishable goods, including food-safety, labelling, weights-and-measures, and tax rules.
• Operate your service responsibly and handle your customers' data in line with applicable law.

5. Fees, GST & payment

Fees are stated in your proposal and on the pricing page and are exclusive of GST, which is charged additionally as applicable. One-time plan fees are payable per the milestones in your proposal. Any optional add-ons, recurring services, or third-party charges are billed separately. Late payments may pause delivery, support, or hosting.

6. Third-party services

The platform integrates third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers, maps, and cloud hosting. These are governed by their own terms and pricing, and their availability is outside our control. You are responsible for your accounts and usage charges with those providers.

7. Support & updates

Any warranty period, support window, or maintenance plan is as described in your proposal. Bug fixes within the agreed scope are provided during the warranty period. New features, major version upgrades, and changes to third-party APIs may be chargeable.

8. Intellectual property

The FreshCut name, our website, brand assets, and any pre-existing tools or libraries we use remain our property or that of their respective owners. Your brand assets remain yours. Where a plan transfers source-code ownership of your delivered project, that transfer takes effect on receipt of full payment.

9. Warranties & liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and platform are provided "as is" without further warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data, and our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

10. Term & termination

An engagement continues until the agreed deliverables are completed or either party terminates in line with the proposal. We may suspend services for non-payment or misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, confidentiality, and liability — continue to apply.

11. Governing law & contact
